Short version: meditation
Long version: observe your thoughts. Change all limiting and negative beliefs/thoughts. Keep pushing through them because all negative thoughts are lies - we are able to do anything we want.
Read. I know a few people in my personal life who would be aided with their problems significantly if they could just read a book, or even a couple chapters.
Their not technically illiterate, but nevertheless this is asking too much of them.
Don’t rely just on instant gratification for happiness. Food, videogames, TV etc. are nice, but you should strike a balance by prioritizing sport, hobbies, spending time with people…

Take care of your skin. IE moisturize and use sunblock every day.

Carry water with you everywhere, so you can drink water throughout the day
